Central Valley Softball Registration

Online registration for 2025 Central Valley Softball is open through Mar. 1. Just click this registration link to get started. There will be in-person registration 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27 at the Mohawk American Legion.

Central Valley Softball is open to any child, ages 5-12, who attends school or lives within Central Valley Central School District.

Completed forms (under Documents on www.cvyouthsoftball.com) must be submitted on registration day:

• Copy of player's birth certificate
• Player Registration Form
• Medical Waiver/Release Form
• Parent Code of Conduct

• 8U - $50 for 1 player
• 10U or 12U - $65 for 1 player and $50 for each additional players from the same family
